Aimee Benfield, M.S., M.B.A. has been working in the field of training, consulting and coaching for over 19 years. She holds Masters in Counseling Psychology and a Master of Business Administration.  She is a certified Life Coach for Special Needs, and corporate certified Lean and Six Sigma Black Belt.  She is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate working under the supervision of Dr. Charette Dersch.

Aimee worked in a corporate career for over 15 years and has worked directly with all levels within an organization.  She was winning corporate awards for her work in organizational improvement, at the same time she and her husband were raising a son with autism.  The skills, tools and techniques she used with organizations she started to apply at home with her family and also with her son’s treatments.  She reached out to other families and found they had similar challenges. This led to a career change to coaching and counseling helping individuals managing personal life and work while maintaining relationships with family, spouse, children, friends and self.
